SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS

 

We offer many different subscription choices, all categorized into three groups- Personal, Standard and Enterprise. Below is a brief description of each category. PERSONAL SUBSCRIPTION

For individual Mortgage Professionals, Realtors, borrowers or other interested readers, we offer a Personal Subscription that allows you to receive our Daily Mortgage Commentary 6 days a week for a month (or 3 months). This subscription allows the reader to get the report for his/her personal use only. It DOES NOT allow for any type of redistribution, e-mailing, reposting, use in a blog, print media or on a web site or any other type of secondary use. The report will be delivered via your e-mail address and will include our well-known and much relied upon Lock/Float recommendations. STANDARD SUBSCRIPTION

This type of account is for Mortgage Professionals, Realtors or other mortgage-related companies or individuals that want the Daily Mortgage Commentary sent to them and to their borrowers, Realtors, clients, business sources or other readers on a private-label basis. This type of subscription allows for distribution to third parties, use in your personal blogs and posting on your web site. A unique link will be created for embedding into your site so the content will automatically post live when we update (You will not need to manually update each day). This also allows potential borrowers, clients and sources to sign-up from your site to have the report e-mailed to them. When the report is sent to your reader list, we send appearing to come from you. Included is your contact information, company logo and bio picture (if you wish), links to your site and a customized marketing message. You also have the opportunity to use or exclude the Lock/Float recommendations and graphic, depending on your preference. ENTERPRISE LICENSE

This subscription is geared more towards large mortgage operations with many branches or originators, Rate Posting sites, web developers, media outlets and resellers. We have relationships with a wide array of entities that license our content.
